Privacy

What we keep

We store the instrument ticker, report language, research configuration, payment references, checkout email, and generated report to fulfill and support your purchase. Order and report records are retained so we can retrieve your report and resolve delivery issues.

Payment and email

Creem processes your payment and collects your email. We do not receive or store your full card details. We use Resend to send your report notification. Analysis providers receive the investment research inputs; your payment details and email are not sent to the analysis agents.

Your private link

Anyone with your report link can read the report. Keep it private. The purchase page may use browser session storage to prevent duplicate checkout requests.

Abuse prevention

We limit request frequency by IP address. When enabled, Google reCAPTCHA checks for automated activity on the purchase page and processes browser and device information. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. Verification tokens are sent to Google for validation and are not stored with your order.

Requests

Contact us for access, correction, or deletion requests. Some payment records may need to be retained for required recordkeeping.
